Get your week back,
and spend it where it counts.
The applied course for B2B marketers who want the time AI saves to show up in their week. You will audit where your hours go, decide what AI should own, and build a library of routines that makes the saving repeatable.

You are saving time with AI. So why does the week still feel full?
Adobe’s 2026 Workfront study put a number on the hole: marketers estimate they lose around 91 business days a year, more than 18 working weeks, to low-impact work like admin, data entry, meeting scheduling and internal reporting. AI is already clawing some of that back. The task goes faster, and then the next one starts from a blank page again, the same way it did last month. The saving is genuine each time and it does not accumulate, because nothing about how the work is organised has changed.
Some prompts work well. Most produce something close enough that you spend 20 minutes editing before it is usable. And even when you crack a brief once, the next session starts from scratch.
Four symptoms, in the order people usually notice them:
- You get strong AI outputs some days and weak ones the next, with no clear understanding of why
- You save twenty minutes on a task and the week still feels just as full
- You built something useful once, then went back to doing it from scratch the next time
- You cannot say where your hours went last week, only that they went
The issue is not the tools. It is the working method.
Why this works when prompt tips do not.
Measure first, then automate
You begin with a five-day audit of your own week, sized by frequency, duration and drag. Atlassian’s Teamwork Lab surveyed around 5,000 knowledge workers and found casual AI users save about 53 minutes a day while deliberate ones save about 105. The difference is method. You automate what the data says is worth automating, and the most tedious task is rarely the most expensive one.
The hours have to go somewhere
Every module anchors in a marketing outcome. Your expertise and judgement stay in the lead, and AI works as a partner you direct.
What you build is yours
You leave with three things: a Routine Library of carded, quality-barred routines for the work you repeat, an honest audit of where your week actually goes, and a documented handover line for what AI owns and what stays yours. The certificate is the proof; the library is the asset.
What’s inside: ten modules, one system
A written lesson, a practical exercise, and a template in every module. Around 15 to 20 minutes each.
Map Your Week: Find Where the Time Actually Goes
Run a five-day audit of your real week and size every candidate by frequency, duration and drag. Learn where AI genuinely saves time, and where it will not.
The AI Handover Test: What AI Owns, What It Shares, What Stays Yours
Five questions and five verdicts for drawing the line deliberately. Learn the four kinds of work that stay yours, and why the wrong handover costs more than no handover at all.
Plan Faster: Campaign and Project Planning With AI
Turn the highest-leverage hour in your week into a repeatable planning routine, so campaign and project plans start from a structure you already trust.
Write Better Briefs in Half the Time
Build a briefing routine that holds its standard every time, so the quality of a brief stops depending on who wrote it or how much time they had that day.
Clear the Admin: Email, Updates and Reporting
Take the recurring administrative load, email, status updates and reporting, and turn it into work that runs to a specification you wrote once.
Win Back Your Meetings: Prep, Summaries and Follow-Ups
Prep, summarise and follow up on meetings without the hours around them, so the calendar stops being the thing that eats the week.
One Asset, Many Outputs: Repurposing Workflows
Build repurposing workflows that multiply a single asset into the formats you need, on a schedule you set.
Batch It: Produce a Week’s Work in One Session
Consolidate scattered production into single focused sessions, so context switching stops taxing every task you touch.
Build Your Routine Library: Make the Wins Repeatable
Learn the anatomy of a Routine Card, card the routines you built across the course, and set the quality bar that makes each one safe to reuse. Then keep, update and retire them as the work changes.
Reinvest the Hours: The Work Only You Can Do
Prove the before and after, avoid the efficiency trap, and decide where the reclaimed hours go. Learn to talk about it upward as impact reallocated, not output inflated.
Each module approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
What you will have built by the end of Marketing & AI: Productivity for Marketers.
- Your Routine Library: carded, quality-barred routines for the work you repeat
- A week audit with real numbers: five days of honest data on where your time goes
- Your AI handover line: what AI owns, what it shares, and what stays yours
- A before and after you can show: the hours reclaimed, and where you reinvested them
Is this for you?
This course is for you if:
- You already brief AI reasonably well and want the saving to compound
- You run the same handful of marketing jobs on repeat and suspect they could be specified once
- You want to say where your hours went, with numbers you can show
Probably not for you if:
- You are new to working with AI. Start with Marketing & AI: Foundations
- You want tool tutorials or a list of apps to install
- You are after more output. This course is about holding the same standard in less time

Built on your own week, not a generic template.
FP Collectiv built this course because most AI productivity advice stops at the individual task. It shows you a faster way to do one thing, and never asks whether the saving survives contact with a normal week. This one starts with the week.
The course is built around method, not platform. The week audit, the handover test and the Routine Card structure you build here will work with the AI tools you are using today and the ones that replace them.
The sequence is deliberate. AI literacy, then a working method, then productivity. Marketing & AI: Foundations, then Working with AI, then this. That order exists because routines are only worth building once you can brief and evaluate reliably.
Questions, answered
This course assumes a working method for briefing and iterating with AI, which is what Marketing & AI: Working with AI builds. You can start here if you already have one. Taking them in order gets you more, and the membership includes all of them either way.
Using AI and operating with it are different things. This course turns the tasks you repeat into specified, reusable routines, so the saving arrives every time and not only on the days you happen to brief well.
Each module is approximately 15 to 20 minutes, and the course sits comfortably across a week. Every exercise uses your own marketing work, so application is built in rather than bolted on the end.
The routines are built around marketing jobs: planning, briefing, admin, meetings, repurposing and batching. Those run the same in any sector. You build them against your own work as you go, so what you leave with is built on your week.
If you want this course alone, buy it. If you'd take even one more course this year, the membership is the better decision: it includes all existing and future B2B Marketing and Marketing & AI courses, the briefings, and the community, for US$290 a year (or US$29 a month) at the founding rate.
There is no set time. The course is self-paced, and a one-time purchase gives you ongoing access with no renewal fee, including updates.
If the course is not what you needed, email hello@fpcollectiv.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No conditions.
Stop saving twenty minutes at a time.
Ten modules from now you will hold your Routine Library: the work you repeat, specified once, running at the same standard every time. And a clear answer to where the hours went. Evidence informs. Judgement decides.
